2. Service Scope Felix Car Service offers pre-arranged transportation services, including:- Airport transfers- Corporate travel- Special events (weddings, proms, etc.)- Hourly charters- Long-distance transportation (if applicable)

 

3. Reservations & Cancellations- Booking: All rides must be scheduled in advance via phone, app, or website.- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup to avoid fees.- No-show Policy: Full fare will be charged for no-shows.

 

4. Vehicle Standards- Regularly inspected and maintained for safety and cleanliness- Licensed, insured, and compliant with all state and local regulations - Equipped with GPS tracking and emergency equipment- Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all vehicles

 

5. Passenger Conduct- Seat belts must be worn at all times- No smoking, drug use, or inappropriate behavior allowed- Excessive mess or damage to the vehicle may result in a cleaning/damage fee- Alcohol consumption is only permitted in limousines with proper licensing and age verification

 

6. Payment Policy- All fares must be prepaid or guaranteed with a valid credit card- Gratuity is optional unless stated in the contract or rate- Additional fees may apply for wait time, tolls, parking, or special requests

 

7. Liability & Disclaimer Felix Car Service is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events such as weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. While we take all reasonable precautions, clients assume responsibility for their personal belongings.

 

8. Insurance & Licensing Our vehicles and drivers are fully insured and operate under all required licenses and permits as per city and state regulations.

 

9. COVID-19 & Health Safety (Optional)- Vehicles are sanitized between rides- Chauffeurs may wear masks upon request- Hand sanitizer is available in all vehicles
